The 'Small Print' Area
Application Form
By completing the on-line application form you are agreeing to purchase the services of No Frills Funerals. Issue of Bond will be forthcoming once you have successfully purchased your funeral plan. If you lose or destroy the certificate you must notify us immediately so we can issue you with a duplicate or your service will be null and void.
Non-Payment
Should your transaction not be authorised by the issuer of your credit or debit card then we reserve the right to withhold our services and you will receive an administration charge of £90.
Amendments to my post cremation requirements
We will tailor your needs to provide for individual requests i.e. where your ashes are disbursed, this service can be worldwide. We can arrange for a company to manufacture gun cartridges containing your ashes if you wish to have your friends go out for an afternoon shoot. We can arrange for your ashes to be launched in a rocket within the mainland U.K. only. Your ashes can be turned into a beautiful diamond to commemorate your life. You will need to make provision from your estate at the time of death to ensure that your wishes are completed for the above services.

Burial
We do not provide this service.
Responsibility for funeral arrangements
It is solely the responsibility of you, your next of kin or representative to advise No Frills Funerals so we can carry out your wishes.
Cremation funeral
Your plan benefits include cremation fees payable to a crematorium and any doctor's fees (you must inform No Frills Funerals of your doctor's name and address to qualify for this service). We do not provide a minister, organist, choir, out of hours doctor's and minister fees. We are a no frills service.
Post cremation
We will ensure your wishes are catered for, however in some circumstances it will be your responsibility to advise your next of kin or representative to arrange a post wake No Frills Funerals do not provide this service.
Additional charges
We reserve the right to impose reasonable charges for the removal of artificial mechanisms e.g. pace maker and limbs. To reflect the impact of regulatory change, taxation and legislative relating to your plan.
Complaints
If you have a complaint in relation to your plan. Please e-mail No Frills Funerals and we will acknowledge your complaint in 7 working days and the endeavour to resolve the complaint within a further 28 days.
Your Bond
Cannot be transferred to a nominee or third party.
In the event of Suicide
or Police investigation, the agreement will automatically become void and no refund given.
Gifting the services of No Frills Funerals
If you wish to purchase a bond for a friend or family member the process terms and conditions are the same. Permission must be gained from the recipient.
General
Terms and conditions, together with our web site details and application form constitute the agreement between No Frills Funerals and yourself. This does not affect your statutory rights. A person who is not party to this agreement (including, without limitation, the nominee or their representatives) shall have no right under the contracts (rights to third parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement. This shall not affect any right or remedy of any person arising otherwise than under that act. If any part of the agreement proves ineffective the remainder shall not be prejudiced. English law shall govern this agreement. There is no interest payable to you in respect of the price or of the monies used to provide your service.
